1. What is the turn around time?

Turn around time prior to shipping is 10-14 business days. Business days are Tuesday-Friday. 12pm-8pm EST.

2. What service do you use to ship your products?

I ship using USPS Priority Express. This service comes w/a tracking number & insurance. 

3. When will my package ship?

Your item(s) will ship once the jewelry is complete (within the turn around time). Priority mail is 2-3 business days once turned over to the USPS.

4. How do I track my package?

Once you receiving a tracking number, please track your package at www.usps.com

5. Will my jewelry turn?

Your jewelry should not turn. However, there are times where it may due to chemicals touching it daily, frequenting the pool or beach, oxidization or simply sometimes our body pH doesn't align well with the jewelry.

With proper care & maintenance, your jewelry should not turn, fade or change the color of your skin. If for some reason it loses its shine, reach out to me & I will happily re-dip it for free as long as it does not exceed 60 days since delivery. After that, there is a small fee which covers shipping.

After every use, clean your  jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust, chemicals, oils and dirt it may have acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your  jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water or toothpaste.
